1, Return Policy

We can accept return of dresses standard size with picture color if size no bigger than US14.
Please note the request on the after-sale problem shall be issued within 7 natural days after the item arrives at you, then package must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery.

I definitely recommend this site and the dress. I tried so many sites and boutiques to find my dream dress, but none of them was affordable or of a good quality, or could be ready within the few days. Jane was very helpful from the very beginning, she answered to my questions about the back of the dress (since it was not shown in the pictures). Advised that they could customize and make back closed (it is open originally). I ordered right away as I saw the site is cooperating and I really liked the customer service. The service is very important especially when it is your wedding dress! There is too much stress! But Jane was always very very helpful and was answering to my follow up emails right away.
I ordered the dress on September 14 and received it within 2 weeks!. I was surprised with the quality of the dress it was done very professionally. I am truly thankful to the Sposa Dresses team for making my dreamy gown real.
