Please note the request on the after-sale problem shall be issued within 7 natural days after the item arrives at you, then package must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery.

Pleasantly surprised but a little disappointed at the same time

I originally ordered a size 14 in off white so I could return it.
(ordered a standard size, standard color, nothing custom)
I saw this dress online & tried to find the original designer. I had no luck!
I was Skeptical of the quality, structure and material of the dress but decided take a chance and placed my order.
I received several emails saying I should order a size 12 because of my measurement's.
Feeling pressured I gave in.
This dress runs small.
All the US wedding dresses I tried on in a size 12 were huge! They had to clip me into them.
I am a size 8 US and its a bit snug in the hips.
I have lost a few lbs so its feels less tight but I still want to order a larger size in Ivory. When I receive the size 14 dress I will have it altered to look exactly like the original dress I found online,
The dress needs a deeper V in the bust area, fit the cups to my breast size, sew in a bra, take in my waist and hips to fit perfectly when I am at my goal weight. The dress is heavy but not too heavy, Its well made and looks almost exactly like the original dress. The lace is pretty close to the original design, material is good quality not cheap or poor quality at all IF I HAD NOT LET THEM TALK ME INTO ORDERING A SIZE 12 I would have been extremely happy with my purchase. I will list this dress for sale locally because its going to cost too much money to return. I will order this same dress style in Ivory and a size 14. The dress took about 4 weeks to receive after I agreed for them to send me a size 12.
My measurements were 37/30/40 when Imordered it my current measurements are 26.5/29.5/39
I am currently 146lbs 5,8 and the length is perfect in heels.
It is a really beautiful dress. It doesnt look as good on me as the very well proportioned model but once customized I think it will be perfect. Ended up costing a bit more than expected ( the company added a tip which I had not seen before I placed order) It will still be less money than a designer overpriced gown from a retail establishment.

The dress is stunning and looks exactly like the picture !! ? The lace is elegant and gorgeous just like the picture. I ordered my dress to fit me. I sent in a special order with multiple measurements from a professional seamstress. The only areas that came a little too big were in the arm pit area and in the hip area. Body tape will easily fix the arm pit area. I might get the other part taken in ton match my body. Nonetheless, I am excited and cant wait to wear my dress on June 19th! Dont hesitate to order this dress. It's absolutely beautiful!!!

Omg. This dress is worth every cent and more! I was in contact with them the whole time and they replied to me all the time, my dress came early and Its a bit long, which is perfect, I want to get it tailored shorter in the front. They made the train longer for me at no extra cost! It's honestly stunning! I can't wait to get married in this gown!

This dress is beautiful! The lace and material is a good quality and it looks absolutely gorgeous! I normally wear a size 14 or 16 so I ordered the 16 based on the size chart, it was slightly bigger but the dress fits me like a glove. The length is also a tad shorter than youd like for a wedding dress so if youre a girl with long legs ( Im 57 but I have long legs) you probably wont want to wear heals with this one. It is beautiful and the price cant be beat!

I am blown away by this dress. Awesome quality and perfect fit. It is worth every single penny and more! I spent a lot of time in bridal boutiques, tried on dresses very similar (for thousands of dollars), and was really excited when I found this one here. I mean, it was a complete steal!
