Because every package is fully insured prior to dispatch, you are 100% protected. In the rare event of a lost parcel, we will provide a full refund or expedite a complimentary replacement.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Your total delivery time includes both tailoring production and transit time. Please refer to our schedule below to plan for your special occasion:

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All basic shipping costs are prepaid at checkout, meaning you will not face additional freight charges upon delivery. However, international import regulations vary by country.

For United States Customers

We are pleased to confirm that all tariffs and import taxes will be covered by SposaDresses. If you are charged any customs duties, simply provide us with the official receipt, and we will reimburse the exact amount back to your original payment method.

For Canada, Australia & Rest of World

Import duties and taxes are mandated by your local government and are unavoidable. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. To assist you, our logistics team optimizes customs documentation to help minimize these fees wherever legally possible.

Receiving Your Package

Upon delivery, please inspect the exterior of your package carefully. If the parcel appears visibly broken or heavily damaged, please refuse to sign for it and contact us immediately. We will step in to resolve the issue with the carrier on your behalf.

Strict Carrier Claim Window

Under international courier policies, any shipping abnormalities (e.g., package stuck in transit, missing tracking updates, or unreceived after being marked delivered) must be reported to us within 30 days of the shipping date.

Claims or reports made after this 30-day window will be systematically denied by the express companies, and we will be unable to process compensation for lost packages. Please monitor your tracking actively.
