At SposaDresses, every gown is individually handcrafted by our skilled tailors. Due to the bespoke nature of our production and manual measuring processes, slight measurement variations are considered standard industry practice.
Understanding Basic Custom Sizing
While our custom sizing option provides a significantly closer fit than standard off-the-rack dimensions, it operates on a "basic sizing" framework (utilizing 5 core measurements). It cannot fully map the unique nuances of every body shape.
Therefore, it is highly common and expected that you may need additional minor alterations—such as taking in a waistline or adjusting strap lengths—performed by a local seamstress at your expense to achieve a flawless, tailored look.
Our Reimbursement Program
We are committed to helping you look your absolute best. To help offset the cost of these final local adjustments, SposaDresses offers a limited alteration reimbursement program. This benefit applies to ALL orders, including both standard and custom-sized dresses.

How to Claim Your Reimbursement
The process is straightforward and hassle-free. Once your local tailor has completed the adjustments, simply take a clear photo of your official receipt.
Email the picture of your receipt along with your Order Number to okbridal@hotmail.com. Our finance team will process your reimbursement right away!
