Ordering & Sizing
How do I order a custom-sized dress?
Ordering a custom dress is easy, and we do not charge extra for custom sizing and colors!
- Choose the "Custom Size" option on the product page, add the dress to your cart, and click "CHECK OUT".
- In the order notes section at checkout, please provide your exact measurements, color choice, and any other specific requests.
- We will contact you via email to confirm the details once we receive your order.
Required Measurements: Bust, Waist, Hips, Hollow to Floor, Height, Shoulder to Shoulder, Shoulder to Bust, Shoulder to Waist, and Nipple to Nipple. (Please refer to our Size Chart page for a detailed measurement guide).
How can I order several bridesmaid dresses at once?
To order multiple dresses, select the "Custom Size" or standard size option, adjust the quantity on the product page or in your cart, and proceed to checkout. In the order notes, please list the details for each dress clearly. For example:
Dress A (Bridesmaid Name): Color, Measurements
Dress B (Bridesmaid Name): Color, Measurements
Bonus: Since most bridal parties order 4-12 pieces, our prices already reflect wholesale pricing. Plus, when you order multiple dresses, shipping costs for the additional dresses are significantly reduced!
How can you ensure my custom dress will fit well?
Our standard size dresses are carefully checked on a mannequin to ensure true-to-size fit before shipping.
For custom size dresses, each gown undergoes a rigorous 4-step quality control process by 4 different workers to keep measurement errors to less than 0.5 inches. To provide extra peace of mind, we build seam allowances into both sides of our dresses, allowing them to be taken in or let out by up to 1-2 inches by your local seamstress if minor adjustments are needed.
Can you make a dress based on my own design or sketch?
Yes, we offer custom design services! Please send photos or your sketch to our email at okbridal@hotmail.com. Our design team will review it and let you know if we can bring your vision to life.
How do I order fabric swatches to check colors?
If you're unsure about a color, we highly recommend ordering fabric swatches. You can order them here.
Please leave the style number and color name you are interested in within the order notes. Swatch delivery takes about 10-20 days via regular post, or 5-10 days via express shipping.
Shipping & Production
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your total delivery time includes both production and shipping.
- Normal Delivery: Usually takes within 25-30 days (From May to December). *Please note: During our busy season (January to April), which coincides with the Spring Festival holiday, production times may extend to around 30-35 days.
- Rush Delivery: Need it sooner? Choose Rush Delivery at checkout for an additional $30.00. You will receive your dress within 15-20 days (including weekends).
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! We ship worldwide to ensure you get your dream dress, no matter where you live.
Will I have to pay international customs taxes?
For most buyers in the United States, there are no customs taxes. However, buyers from other countries may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by their local government.
To help minimize these costs, we typically declare a lower value on the shipping invoice. Please note that customs taxes are collected by the express courier on behalf of your government and are not additional shipping fees (we have already paid the shipping costs). Refusing a package due to customs taxes will result in return shipping fees and additional taxes, which will affect your refund amount.
Returns & Cancellations
What is your return and exchange policy?
For Standard Sized Dresses (Size US 14 or smaller, in picture color):
These are eligible for return. Please contact us within one week of receiving your order. The dress must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Quality Issues: We will issue a full refund (including shipping and rush fees, if applicable) for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped standard size dresses. Photographic proof is required.
- Change of Mind: If there is no quality problem but you are unsatisfied, we offer a 90% refund (a 10% restocking fee applies). Original shipping and rush fees are non-refundable, even if your order originally qualified for "free shipping".
Note: You are responsible for all return shipping fees. If you wish to exchange for a new dress, simply return the original, and you will only need to pay the shipping cost for the new dress we send out.
For Custom-Sized Dresses:
Because custom dresses are made specifically to your personal measurements, they are strictly non-returnable.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Unpaid Orders: Will be automatically canceled within 2-3 days.
- Paid within 3 Days: You can cancel and receive a 50% refund on the dress cost and a full refund on shipping.
- Paid between 3-20 Days: You can cancel and receive a 30% refund on the dress cost and a full refund on shipping.
- Shipped Orders: Once the dress has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and payment cannot be refunded.
Payment & General
How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
Yes, your payment is 100% secure. Our checkout process is powered by Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions in the world, offering top-tier fraud protection.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, and Bank Transfers.
My credit card was declined. How can I pay?
If your credit card is declined through the standard checkout, you can still securely use your credit/debit card through PayPal's "Guest Checkout" feature, even if you don't have a PayPal account.
- Choose PayPal as your payment method and click "Check out with PayPal".
- Once redirected to PayPal, ignore the login and select the option to "Pay with a debit or credit card".
- Fill in your billing and card information. You can uncheck the box that asks to save your info if you prefer not to create an account.
- Click Continue to review and submit your final order.
